The practices of yoga and meditation have brought so much joy to my life. I’m here to share them with you.

 Beginning March 6th, 2019 I will be sharing Dharma Yoga and meditation classes in Winnipeg. I will be hosting one Gong Bath Relaxation class per month as well as a Spring Retreat Day on Easter Monday. Workshop and class info can be found on the schedule page.
