Bhagavad Gita Study Part II


The Bhagavad Gita, one of the main texts of yoga, provides us with guidance on how to live the practice of yoga in our day to day lives. During this 6-week study program we will explore chapters 7-12 of this text.

These sessions will consist of discussion and meditation. No physical asanas or experience required.

Mondays March 7th, 14th, 21st, April 4th, 11th, 18th
