The Atmabodha is one of the most powerful yoga texts. In this four week journey we will explore the high knowledge (bodha) of who we truly are through meditation, study of verses and joy. All are welcome.

Recommended text: Atmabodha by Swami Nikhilananda

These sessions will consist of discussion and meditation. (No physical postures)
