Beginning March 6th, 2019 I will be sharing Dharma Yoga and meditation classes in Winnipeg. I will be hosting one Gong Bath Relaxation class per month as well as a Spring Retreat Day on Easter Monday. Workshop and class info can be found on the schedule page. I look forward to seeing you soon!! xo
