The Bhagavad Gita, one of the main texts of yoga, provides us with guidance on how to live the practice of yoga in our day to day lives. During this 6-week study program we will explore the chapters 7-12 of this text.

These sessions will consist of discussion and meditation. No physical asanas or experience required.

Mondays March 7th, 14th, 21st, April 4th, 11th, 18th

Fall Dharma Yoga Monday Classes

Dharma Yoga is a graceful, challenging form of classical yoga shared by yoga legend Dharma Mittra. The practice has roots in all nine forms of yoga with emphasis on Yama and Niyama (ethical guidelines). It is a devotional practice that emphasizes good health, a clear mind and a kind heart. Classes include a thorough warm up, challenging yet accessible asanas (postures), deep relaxation, breathing and meditation.

Mondays | 6:00-7:15pm | Yoga Centre Winnipeg, 915 Grosvenor Ave.

Investment: Prepaid class packages of three or more, $16/class. $22 for drop in. Class packages must be used during fall 2018 session.
